For our current residents we have a complete set of tools and procedures to make your stay with us more comfortable and rewarding. Use our website to submit any maintenance requests, pay your rent, or just to drop us a line. We love to hear from our residents.
Residents Online Access
We offer our residents 24/7 access to pay rent, view account history, and submit requests for maintenance via our Residents Portal.
Paying Your Rent
There are various ways to pay your rent. All payments need to be payable to Straight Up Realty & Property Management, LLC. You should have already received an activation email for gaining access to our Residents Portal where you can pay your rent securely online. Maintenance Requests
The best way to submit a Maintenance Request is through our Residents Portal where you can also track the status of any requests. You may also call us at 863-999-3764. We will contact you in timely manner to coordinate repairs with you. If you have an emergency issue outside of our regular business hours please call (863) 255-5262
